I’m trying to get back into the swing of posting my menu plans. Its been a crazy holiday season which has extended itself into January. But none the less, we need to get back into the daily routine. For me, I must get back into creating and sticking with my menu. For Christmas I got a new crock pot, super excited! So this weeks menu has two crock pot recipes. Once I’ve tried them out, I’ll post the recipes- assuming they’re good, that is!
Menu Plan 7
Monday: Applesauce Porkchops
Tuesday: Tacos
Wednesday: Honey Garlic Chicken with Rice
Thursday: Fish, Veggies
Friday: Ham, Green Beans, Potato Soup inspired from here
Saturday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Sunday: Lunch: Leftovers Supper: Whole chicken, Veggies and Fries
Want some more inspiration? Try out Pa-Blam and the Vampire Diet although not allergy-free they have some pretty good menus that you may be able to adapt for your needs.
What’s on your menu this week?
