Last week was one of trying out new recipes! It was a lot of fun finding new things to add to your menu. The Honey Garlic Chicken will be added into a monthly (at least) rotation. I also created a new cake recipe I’m hoping to share soon (Cocoa Chocolate Chip Cake made with coffee….yum!). Per my daughter’s request, I made some Banana Bread today. It’s so nice to feel like I’m back into the routine!
This week, I’ve got a few new recipes too. I’m hoping they’re a success and I’ll be writing out the recipes. New to the menu is Mayonnaise Chicken (yup, found one that’s Little Guy safe!), Loose Meat Sandwiches, and Potato Soup.
The Menu Plan
Monday: Mayonnaise Chicken, Green Beans, and Baked Potato
Tuesday: Loose Meat Sandwiches with French Fries and Canned fruit
Wednesday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Thursday: Fish and Rice
Friday: Potato Soup w/ham
Saturday: Lunch: Left Over Soup Supper: BBQ Chicken, FF, Veggies
Sunday: Lunch: Left overs Supper: Whole Chicken, Potatoes, Green Beans
Want some more inspiration? Try out Pa-Blam and the Vampire Diet although not allergy-free they have some pretty good menus that you may be able to adapt for your needs.
What’s on your menu this week?
