Food Allergy Experience

Food Allergic Child’s Week of Suppers (13)

Another week gone by! I can’t believe how quickly last week went. I’m not sure how the time change went in your house, but our oldest is having some trouble this morning. My son seemed to have adapted without any problems.

This week’s menu has a couple of new things on it and a few favorites.

DSCF2304

Monday: Herb Meatloaf, Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots, Baked Potato

Tuesday: Chicken Saute w/thyme & Lemon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Peas

Wednesday: Honey Porkchops w/Peaches, Rice

Thursday:  Fish & Rice

Friday:   Corn Chowder, Corn bread

Saturday:   Lunch: Pigs in the blanket             Supper: Jambalaya

Sunday:  Lunch: Leftovers                                   Supper: Whole Chicken with Baked Potatoes and Corn

Our weekend menu may change as we may be traveling this weekend. If we do, our lunch will be travel food (lunchmeat, chips, fruit/applesauce) and Saturday supper and Sunday lunch will be whatever we find at the store.

Want some more inspiration? Try out Pa-BlamLove Harmony Peace  and the Vampire Diet although not allergy-free they have some pretty good menus that you may be able to adapt for your needs.

What’s on your menu this week?

    • Thanks! I always feel like your menus are so much more exciting than mine! 🙂

I also have more time to prepare/cook the foods. I bet you’d have some pretty exciting menus if you didn’t have to chase after two little ones and work full time!

Besides, it’s easier to cook for older children, like Trinity, because she’s not as picky as younger ones.

All of these meals sound great, especially the pork.

    • Thanks! The pork is so easy its almost cheating 🙂
