Food Allergic’s Child Week of Suppers (14)
Last week didn’t go as planned for our menu. We had to do a lot of adapting and changing. Since we traveled this weekend, we had all the food left over from those planned meals. So, I’ve moved some of the items we didn’t eat onto next weeks menu.
Tuesday: Chicken Saute with Thyme & Lemon, Peas, Rice
Thursday: Fish, Green Beans, & Rice
Friday: Honey Garlic Chicken, Rice
Saturday: Lunch: Pigs in a Blanket Supper: Coconut Chicken Stir-fry
Sunday: Lunch: Leftovers Supper: Rotisserie Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots
Nothing too exciting this week. I’m planning to change-up my carrot glaze (I know, living on the wild side!). I’m hoping it turns out well.
