An Allergic Child’s Week of Supper (23)

I’m a bit late. It’s been quite the adjustment to having a kindergartener in our house. I feel like I’m always wanting for more time, even more so than before. I’m hoping to get a few more recipes up this week. I’ve made a few new things recently, one being fresh pumpkin (so very yummy!), lavender meatloaf (not new just not posted), and mayo chicken (again not new but not posted).  If you get a chance, I recommend checking out the Ham Ball recipe here. It was a huge hit in my house and surprisingly easy.

Here is the menu for the week:

Monday: Guinea Grinders, Homemade Potato Chips, Apples

Tuesday: Tacos, Refried Beans

Wednesday: Shrimp Stir-fry, Rice

Thursday: Home-made Pizzas, Salad

Friday: Minestrone Soup

Saturday:  Lunch: BBQ chicken, Fries    Supper: Applesauce Chicken, Rice

Sunday: Lunch: Leftovers     Supper: Rotisserie Chicken, Corn, Baked Potato
